Return Policy and Warranty
Non-Defective Items ¡V 7 days return policy
All non-defective merchandise returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Non-defective items will only be accepted if in product packaging is un-opened and without damage. Consumers are responsible for costs associated with return freight/shipping. Any refund will not include a refund of original freight/shipping costs. All refunds will be administrated based on the original form of payment, except cash payments. Cash payments will be administrated by the issuance of a check refund.
Defective Items ¡V 30 days manufacture limited warranty In the event that a defective Item can be repaired with replacement parts, Asa will supply replacement parts at no cost to consumer. However, consumer will remain responsible for shipping charges related to returned items. Here, consumers must pay all shipping related to returned items.
RMA number required for all returns
The consumer has five (5) business days from the date of receipt to notify the Asa Customer Service Department of defects. Upon notification, Asa will supply an RMA number (Return Authorization Number) if applicable. RMA numbers are valid for up to ten (10) days after issuance. Each returned item must include an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
For better service, please have the following information on hand when calling the Asa Customer Service Department: invoice number, model number, date of purchase, phone number, and a detailed explanation of the problem.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the aforementioned return policy applies to all retail transactions.
Shipping Damage
Please note that from time to time items may be damaged as a result of shipping. If you feel that your item has been damaged due to shipping, or you receive a package that appears to be damaged as a result of shipping, the item is insured for up to $100 (this applies only to UPS deliveries). If this does occur, please process a claim with UPS by going to UPS.com or call UPS at (800) 742-5877 and using the tracking information that was sent to you. Otherwise, if you send the item back before processing a claim with UPS, we will process the claim, which will take longer to process.
