Does the Triton or Triton Pro require assembly?
 
A:
If you purchase Triton or Triton Pro from any on-line stores, you will need to assemble it. It takes less than 30 minutes to assemble if you follow the instructions closely. If you purchase a Triton or Triton Pro from a local bike shop or a sporting goods retailer, the bike may already be assembled or you can inquire about assembly with the retailer.

Q:
If the Triton or Triton Pro only has one speed, does that mean I can not shift gears to make it easier to ride up hills?
 
A:
Triton and Triton Pro are designed for riding on flat bike path, parks, and other non-hilly areas. Because neither Triton model has a gearing mechanism, it will take extra effort to ride up hills.

How fast can the Triton or Triton Pro go?
 
A:
Approximately 5 to10 MPH.

Q:
Can I ride the Triton or Triton Pro around town or is it just for the beach?
 
A:
Neither the Triton nor the Triton Pro were designed for riding on the street. These bikes were designed for riding on bike paths, beach boardwalks, sidewalks, and places that are safe with little to no traffic.

Q:
What are the weight limitations of Triton and Triton Pro riders?
A:
The Triton Pro's weight capacity is 250 lbs and Triton's weight capacity is 220 lbs.

Q:
What are the wheel sizes for both the Triton and Triton Pro? Can you find inner tubes from regular bike shops?
A:
The Triton Pro front wheel is 20" The Triton Pro rear wheel is 16". The Triton front wheel is 16" and the Triton rear wheel is 12". The tires and tubes used for the Triton Pro are standard products which can be purchased from bike shops. Please contact Asa customer service for more information about parts.

A:
Yes. Please contact Asa customer service for information on Triton brand accessories, including cup holders, storage baskets, custom warning flags, custom tires, seat backs, decal collections, bells and other exciting accessories.

Q:
Are Triton products usable by disabled riders? 
A:
Many disabled riders who cannot ride or find it difficult to ride traditional bicycles enjoy Triton bicycles. However, Triton bicycles are not for all disabled riders. Consult your doctor as to whether or not riding a Triton will be safe or advisable.

Q:
Do I need to wear a helmet when riding the Triton or Triton Pro?
A:
For your safety, it is highly recommend that all riders wear a helmet when riding a Triton or Triton Pro.

Q:
How do I decide which model is best for me?
A:
The Triton is designed for users within the height range of 3 feet to 5 feet 8 in. tall and can support riders that weigh up to 220 lbs. The Triton Pro is designed for users within the height range of 4 feet to 6 feet 3 in. & can support riders that weigh up to 250 lbs.

Q:
My Triton bicycle feels tight and rough when turning around. Can I fix this?
A:
As the Triton and Triton Pro frame is extended, the turning radius increases. For tighter and sharper turns, shorten the frame. For smooth, wide turns, lengthen the frame.

Q:
Will the Triton fit in my car?
A:
Yes, Triton bicycles will fit into some trunks or back seats without removing parts or shortening the length of the bicycle frame.

Are Triton products new in the bicycle market?
A:
The Triton product line was launched in October 2006. Prior to that date, for three years Triton bicycles were researched and developed for three years prior to that date for optimal use and quality.

How do I track my order?
A:
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. Within 2-4 business days, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been shipped. Tracking information will also be included in that follow up email, which will allow easy tracking of your package. For questions about tracking, please contact us and include your name and order number. For UPS shipments (tracking numbers that begin with "1Z"), call (800) 742-5877 or visit www.ups.com to track your order.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us. Orders cancelled after they have been shipped will incur a restocking fee of 15% and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charge incurred.

What if my order arrives damaged?
A:
Triton brand products are well packaged to withstand damage during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify Asa as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to provide necessary replacement parts as quickly as possible at no additional cost. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned according to the return policy. If your item has a manufacturer defect, defective parts can be replaced. If you encounter any type of quality issue, please contact Asa and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
